PAGENAME is an object in gamename. ==Overview== Encryptors are currently non-functional. They have a "use" prompt, though pressing the key only shows some effects and plays sounds. Encryptors are intended to be used to prevent players from removing objects in Warehouses. These cannot be deactivated, as they are hidden in inaccessible areas. However, blowing through the walls and detaching them using Explosive Canisters has no effect. This is because Warehouses currently have globally enabled restrictions that prevent players from placing most objects and seeing connections. This will change in an upcoming update, which will make the Encryptors accessible and deactivating them will allow players to edit Warehouse objects as normal. Encryptors are currently unobtainable as an item without editing the game files. However, if you blow the Encryptor off the wall, manage to move it into the elevator, and take it to the roof, you can then pick it up with the Weld Tool. Creations with Encryptors attached cannot be placed on the Lift. Encryptors currently cannot be connected to Battery Containers. ==Variants== ===Encryptor=== Prevents players from viewing/editing connections with the Connect Tool. ===Protector=== Prevents players from removing objects. ==Upcoming== Encryptors in Warehouses may be able to be deactivated at some point in the future. Encryptors may also be available for use by players. Their item descriptions indicate that they will require power in the form of a connected Battery Container, but this feature is currently unavailable. == Trivia == * The Encryptor rooms are fully decorated, although they are covered completely by a wall of Concrete and Cracked Concrete blocks. * In a pre-release version that was given to YouTubers, the Encryptors could be interacted with and could unencrypt the Warehouse. *The models, particles, and most of the scripts for the Encryptors are hidden in game files and are able to be modded in. ==Gallery== <gallery> Encryptor Room Clear.jpg|Encryptor Room in pre-release 0.4.0 Protector Room Clear.jpg|Protector Room in pre-release 0.4.0 </gallery><br /> ==History== ===Beta=== *0.4.0 **Added PAGENAME.
