Crude Oil is a crafting part in Scrap Mechanic.

Crude Oil is used to craft Gasoline, Gas Engines, suspension, and Pistons.
Obtaining[ | ]
Crude Oil is collected from Oil Vents, which are found underwater.
When placed in an oil pool, Vacuum Pumps can store Crude Oil in a Large Chest. These pools can be found in Deserts.
Unlike Water and Chemicals, Water Buckets cannot be filled with Crude Oil.
